1. About this website
This website gives information about Sila ERP, a web-based ERP provided by Wise Solutions, Hyderabad, India. It is for businesses and business users.
Nothing on this website is an offer to contract. Subscriptions, hosting, on-premises licences, implementation, data migration, customisation and support are provided only under a separate written agreement with Wise Solutions, and that agreement prevails over anything on this website.
2. Information on the website
We work to keep the information accurate and current, but it describes Sila ERP in general terms and may change as the product develops. Features available to you depend on your agreement, the modules you subscribe to and your configuration.
Screenshots and videos come from a demonstration company with fictitious data. Any resemblance to real businesses or people is coincidental.
Information about VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing, end-of-service benefits or other regulations explains how the software works. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice; please consult your own advisers.
ZATCA and FATOORA are names of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. They are used only to describe integration; they do not imply endorsement. Other names and marks belong to their owners.
3. Intellectual property
The website and its content — text, screenshots, graphics, the Sila ERP name and the "S" mark — belong to Wise Solutions or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation of Sila ERP. You may not copy, modify, republish or use the content commercially without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
When using this website you must not:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or test its security without our written permission;
- interfere with its operation, for example by introducing malware or overloading it;
- use automated tools to scrape or collect its content or other users' information;
- submit false information or impersonate another person or organisation.
5. Demo requests and demonstration environments
Please give accurate information when you request a demo. Demonstrations use demonstration companies and accounts; do not enter real personal or confidential business data into a demonstration environment. Access to a demonstration environment may be withdrawn at any time.

The website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
