This policy explains how Wise Solutions handles personal information collected through the Sila ERP website, demo requests and our sales and marketing communications.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, the demo request form, and the emails, calls and meetings we have with you about Sila ERP.
It does not cover the business data your organisation stores in Sila ERP. For hosted subscriptions, that data is processed under your written agreement with us. For on-premises installations, the data stays on your organisation's own servers and your organisation controls it.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, job role, business email, phone number, company size, the modules you are interested in, your preferred language, and anything you write in your message or tell us in a call or meeting.
Information collected automatically. This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers. Like any website, the server that hosts it may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of the request) to operate and protect the site.
Stored only on your device. If you switch between light and dark mode, the website remembers your choice in your browser's local storage (key silaSiteTheme). It stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it in your browser settings.
Web fonts. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google's use of this information is described in Google's privacy policy.
4. How we use your information
- to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver demos, and prepare quotations;
- to send you information about Sila ERP that you asked for;
- to send marketing emails about Sila ERP where the law allows it — every such email includes a way to unsubscribe;
- to operate, maintain and protect this website;
- to meet our legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. Legal basis
Depending on the situation and the law that applies to you, we rely on your consent (for example, when you submit the demo form or agree to receive marketing), on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing our website, and on legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
- Service providers that help us run our business (for example website hosting and email), who may only use it on our instructions;
- Public authorities, when the law requires it;
- A successor organisation, if our business or part of it is reorganised or transferred, subject to this policy.
7. International transfers
We are based in India and serve customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and elsewhere. Your information may therefore be processed in India and in the countries where our service providers operate. We keep enquiry and demo-request information for as long as needed for the purposes above — to handle your request, follow up and maintain our business records — and then delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. If you become a customer, your information is kept under the terms of your agreement.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Subject to the data protection laws that apply to you — such as the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — you may have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal information is used;
- access your personal information and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected;
- have your information deleted when it is no longer needed;
- withdraw your consent and object to marketing at any time.

11. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this website.
